1. About the Course
What is the Divine Earth Body Work Intensive? It is a two‑week immersive training designed to teach the foundations and deeper principles of Divine Earth Rebalancing Body Work. The program combines hands‑on practice, somatic awareness, intuitive touch, and embodied learning in a natural retreat environment.
Who is this course for? This training is ideal for bodyworkers, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and anyone interested in developing a deeper connection with healing touch and embodied presence. No previous experience is required. An ideal course to begin a career as a freelance body worker.
Where does the training take place? The course is held at a retreat center surrounded by nature in the San Juanillo area, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Is accommodation included? Yes. Your stay at the retreat center is included for the full two weeks.
Are meals included? Yes. Healthy, nourishing meals are provided daily to support your learning and inner process.
What type of rooms are available? Rooms vary depending on the retreat center. Options may include shared or private rooms. Details will be provided upon registration.

What does a typical day look like? Each day includes a mix of:
Morning grounding or movement practice
Hands‑on bodywork training

Is the schedule intensive? Yes, but it is designed to be balanced. There is time for rest, reflection, and connection with nature.

5. Logistics & Preparation
What should I bring? Comfortable clothing, a notebook, a water bottle, and any personal items you need for a two‑week stay, a set of sheets(small size) and a couple of medium size towels for your personal use during the massage practice.
Do I need previous experience? No. The course is open to all levels.
How do I get to the retreat center? Transportation details will be provided after registration. The closest airport is Liberia (LIR).

What is Divine Earth Rebalancing Body Work? Divine Earth Rebalancing Body Work is a holistic, hands-on approach designed to release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing intelligence.
What can I expect during a session? Each session is personalized. You may experience deep relaxation, deeper connection, meditative state, intuitive dowloads, concious touch, emerging memories and focused work on areas that need attention.
Does the treatment hurt? The work is deep. Some areas may feel tender if there is stored tension, but the pressure is always adapted to your comfort, I work within the comfort zone so you nervous system is at ease. I will encorouge you to “breath out “ the tension.
How long does a session last? Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, even 2 hours if you want a real treat!
How often should I receive a session? This depends on your needs. Some clients come weekly, others monthly. We can discuss what feels right for you.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand? No special preparation is needed. Just come as you are.
What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move easily.
Can I eat before the session? A light meal is fine. Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment.
Should I arrive early? Arriving 5–10 minutes early helps you settle in calmly.

What should I do after the treatment? Drink water, rest if needed, and allow your body to integrate the work.
Is it normal to feel tired or emotional? Yes. Releasing tension can bring physical or emotional shifts. This is part of the healing process.
How long do the effects last? It varies. Some feel immediate relief, others notice changes over the following days.

Can I receive a session if I’m pregnant? Yes, but please let me know in advance so I can adapt the session safely.
Is it safe if I have an injury or medical condition? In most cases, yes. Please inform me beforehand so I can adjust the work accordingly.
Should I mention if I have pain in a specific area? Absolutely. This helps me focus the session where you need it
